Seats: Counts each coach who signs in. Families and coaches with no account use no seat.
Invitations: Sends each coach an invitation with a role and team.
Titles: Shows each coach as Head, Assistant or a specialist.
Every Coach: Lists every coach. A mark shows Account, No Account or Invited.
Switch Workspaces: Moves between your clubs from the top of the menu. All Workspaces combines their schedules.
Free Trial: Starts every new workspace with a free trial.

Players, notes and plans never cross between workspaces. All Workspaces only lists events side by side.

Start a club and invite your coaches in four steps.

Start a Club Click Start a Free Trial. Choose Start a Club.
Open Members Open Organization. Click the Members tab.
Invite Coaches Click Invite Coach. Enter the coach's email, role and team. Click Send Invitation.
Add Seats Open Billing to add seats as your staff grows.
