Shared Plan

What It Does

Shares one practice plan, and nothing else about the practice.

Share
Opens the share menu from the plan's menu row.
Staff Link
Gives your coaches the plan inside Coach Binder. The staff link is always on.
Copy and Share
Copies the link or opens your phone's share menu.
PDF Link
Gives a second link to the same plan as a PDF file.
Coaches Named
Shows the coaches you put on each drill or station.
New Link
Replaces the link. The old link stops working.
Switch Off
Turns the link off at any time. Turning the link back on restores the same link.
Ends When Done
Stops sharing when the practice is completed. Completed Sessions can keep the link on.

Only the Plan

A shared plan shows no roster, attendance or notes. Search engines never list the link.

How It Works

Share a plan in three steps.

  1. Open the Plan Open a practice. Click the Plan tab.
  2. Turn On Public Link Click Share above the plan. Turn on Public Link.
  3. Send the Link Click Copy or Share. Send the link to your staff.
