The Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Snitzer Art, LLC. Snitzer Art, LLC owns and runs Coach Binder.
- Creating an account or using Coach Binder accepts these terms.
- Accepting for a club binds the club to these terms.
- The Privacy Policy is part of these terms.
Accounts
One account holds one login for every workspace you belong to.
- You must be 13 or older to hold an account.
- A player account opens only by a coach's invitation.
- Give your real name and an email address you read.
- Keep your login private. Tell us at once about any login you did not make.
- You are responsible for what happens under your login.
Workspaces and Roles
A workspace belongs to the club or coach who pays for it.
- Club workspace
- Many coaches share one subscription. The club pays for each coach seat.
- Coach workspace
- One coach pays for a workspace of one seat.
- Owner
- Controls the workspace, its members and their roles.
- Members
- Act only as their role allows.
The owner is responsible for the people the workspace invites.
Your Content
Your plans, drills, schedules and notes belong to you or your club.
- You give us permission to store, copy, print and show your content to run Coach Binder.
- That permission ends when your content is deleted.
- You confirm that you have the right to enter everything you enter.
- We do not claim ownership of your content.
Children's Information
A club or coach enters children's information on Coach Binder under these rules.
- Enter a child's information only to coach or run the child's team.
- Get a parent's permission wherever the law requires.
- Never enter medical details, in a note or anywhere else.
- Follow the club's own safeguarding rules.

Trial and Billing
Every new workspace starts with a free trial. The homepage's Pricing section states the trial length and each price.
- You need no card to start a trial.
- After the trial, Stripe bills the workspace each month for its coach seats.
- Prices do not include taxes.
- We do not refund part of a month.
- We tell owners by email 30 days before a price change.
A workspace locks when the trial ends unpaid or a payment fails. Locking deletes nothing. Paying unlocks the workspace.
Registration Payments
A club can take sign up fees from families through the club's own Stripe account.
- The club sells the registration. The club sets the price and the refund rules.
- Coach Binder takes no fee on registrations or session payments.
- Stripe charges its own processing fee.
- Stripe's terms cover each payment.
Parent and player accounts are free.

You can stop using Coach Binder at any time.
- To close an account or a workspace, use Contact Us.
- We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
- We tell the owner first, unless the law or a risk to others prevents notice.
- The Privacy Policy states what happens to the data afterward.
Warranty and Liability
We provide Coach Binder as it is.
- We give no warranty beyond what the law requires.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data.
- Our total liability is at most what the workspace paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
- You cover our costs from a claim about content you entered or your breach of these terms.
Some places do not allow these limits. There, the limits apply as far as the law allows.
