What It Does

Shows each family what belongs to their own children.

Child Cards: Shows each child's teams, number, attendance and shared notes.
Several Children: Keeps every child on one account. Two parents can share a child.
Calendar: Puts each team's schedule in the family's phone.
Registrations: Lists each signup with its price and payment.
Messages: Keeps every message the coach sent the family.
Older Players: Gives players 13 and older their own account.

Only Their Own Child

Families see their own child's record. Staff notes and private notes never reach a family.

How It Works

Invite a family in three steps.

Open the Player Open a player page. Click the Family tab.
Invite a Parent Enter the parent's email. Click Invite a Parent.
Share Notes Click Share With Family on any note the family should see.
