What It Does

Sends the right message to the right families.

Recipients: Reaches parents, players 13 and older and roster contacts.
Replies: Sends each reply to the coach who wrote the message.
Reminders: Sends a reminder 2 hours or 1 day before an event.
Weekly Schedule: Emails the week ahead every Sunday evening.
Team Settings: Lets each team choose which messages send automatically.
Delivery: Shows which emails were delivered.

Every Email Has a Stop Link

A family can stop general messages at any time. Schedule notices still reach them.

How It Works

Send a message in four steps.

Open Messages Open a team. Click the Messages tab.
Write It Click New Message. Enter a subject and the message.
Choose Families Select the families to email.
Send It Click Send, then Send It to confirm.
