What Saves When
The event page saves in two ways. Some panels save each change immediately. Others save with Save at the top of the page.
Save and Cancel show on Plan in Edit, Lines, Stats and Review. They cover every tab at once.
A tab with unsaved changes shows a small page with a folded corner. Moving between tabs keeps the changes and the two buttons.
| Panel | How It Saves |
|---|---|
| Event Details | The fields under the facts save on each change. The Settings tab holds the time, place and the other details. |
| Plan | Save at the top of the page. Cancel discards the plan changes. |
| Lines and Stats | Save at the top of the page. A Play by Play action saves when you add the action. |

| Notes | Each note saves when you add the note. |
| Attachments | The Add Files button, such as Add 2 Files, saves the chosen files. |
- No Save or Cancel

Shows the plan as a list beside one open block, on a page wide enough for both. A narrow page shows every block in full instead.
- Running Order
- Lists every block with its number, minutes, name and start time. The icon before the name shows the block's Focus, or its kind when it has no Focus.

Arranging Blocks on a Phone
Moves blocks by dragging on a phone. Arrange is in the plan's toolbar on a plan with two blocks or more.
- Tap Arrange, the arrows up and down in the toolbar. Every block folds to its name and minutes, with a handle at its right edge.
- Drag a block by its handle. The other blocks make room.
- Hold a block near the top or bottom of the screen to scroll the plan.
- Tap Arrange again to stop. Tapping a block also stops and opens that block.
- Click Save at the top of the page to keep the new order.
- Stations header

- Drill dropped in a bracket
- Joins the stations there. A drill dragged out of a bracket leaves the stations.
- Drill added or moved by its arrows
- Goes past the stations, never into them. Drag a drill in among the stations to make it a station.
- Drill dropped on an empty station
- Fills that station. A dashed ring marks the station while you hold the drill over it. The drill leaves its old place.

To build a stations setup from drills already in the plan, follow these steps.
- Tap Stations in the Add row.

- Dragging a drill into stations
- Hold a drill over the middle of a stations block until a dashed ring shows. Let go to add the drill. It fills the first empty station. With no empty station, it becomes the last station.
- Striped end
- The minutes of ice time the plan has not used yet, named as open minutes.

- Line between two blocks
- Drag the line to move minutes from one block to the other. The plan's total stays the same.
- Line at the end
- Drag the line after the last block to make that block longer or shorter. The plan's total changes.
- Double click
- Double click a block to add a five minute drill after it. Double click the striped end to add a drill that fills the spare minutes.
- Times under the bar
- Show when the plan starts, when the open block starts and when the plan ends. A start time also shows while you drag its line.
- Click a part of the bar to open that block.
- To change two lengths at once, drag the line between them.
- To use the keyboard, press Tab to reach a line. Press ← or → to move one minute.
- Hold Shift while you drag a line to snap the block to five minute steps.
- Click Save at the top of the page to keep the new minutes.
A block keeps one minute at least. Beside a Stations block, the line moves one rotation minute at a time. A rotation minute adds one minute for each station.
