Search
Finds a player by name, nickname or birth year. Also matches your organization's text, number and choice fields.
Filters

Editing Several Players

Changes the names, nickname, birthday, position or shooting hand of up to 50 players together.

  1. Click List on the Players page.
  2. Filter the list to the players you want, such as one team.
  3. Check each player, or check the box in the heading row to check every player listed.
  4. Click the edit button below the list. The button names the count, such as Edit 3 Players.
  5. Change the cells. Each row is one player.
  6. Click Save at the top of the page.
Set All
The first row fills Position or Shoots in every row. Each select starts on Leave As Is. Change one row's cell afterward to make an exception.
Tinted Cells
Mark the cells you changed. Click Cancel to put every cell back.
Birthday
Only staff see the full date. Families and public pages see the year at most.
No checkbox
Marks a player you cannot change here. Your role needs Players at Edit on one of the player's teams. Restore an archived player first.

Save keeps every player or none. A row that cannot save shows the reason under it. The other rows do not save until you fix that row.

Photo consent, availability, the standing note and your organization's own fields stay on each player's page. Jersey numbers belong to each team's roster. Each saved player lists the change in their Activity.
