What a Program Is Set Up a New Program Registration Settings Managing Registrations The Public Page RelatedWhat a Program Is
A program is a clinic, camp or training group that is not a team.
- Parts
- A program has a roster, coaches, a schedule and a season planner.
- Sessions
- A program runs sessions. A program cannot hold games or evaluations.
A program takes registrations one of two ways.
| How Registration Works | Who Is on the Roster |
|---|---|
| One Time Registration | Players who registered for the whole program. |
| Per Session Signups | Players signed up session by session. Each event lists its own signups. |
Set Up a New Program
A new program's page opens with a Set Up This Program panel. The panel shows to anyone who can edit the program.
- Click Add Session to schedule the first session.
- Click Add Coach and add a coach in the Coaches panel.
- Click Edit Registrations and select who can register. Or add players to the roster yourself.
A program that adds players by hand can stay Private. The panel disappears when every step is done.
Registration Settings
Sets how a team or program takes registrations. The settings are in the Registrations panel of the settings page. On a per session program, the panel title is Signups.
- How Registration Works
- Programs only. One Time Registration covers the whole program. Per Session Signups take a separate signup for each session.
- Who Can Register
- Adds a Sign Up button to the page and sets who can see the page. On a per session program, the setting is Who Can Sign Up.
- Waiver at Registration
- Select a waiver the family must accept to register. Each registration stores the text the family accepted.
- Price
- The price shown on the public page. Each registration keeps the price from the day of signup.
- Currency
- The currency for showing and charging the price, USD or CAD.
- Maximum Registrations
- The number of registrations to accept. When the list is full, registration closes or starts a waitlist.
- Waitlist When Full
- Turn on to put new registrations on a waitlist once the maximum is reached, instead of closing.
- Refuse Suspended Players
- Turn on to stop a player with an open suspension from registering.
- How to Pay
- Payment instructions shown with the price, for families who do not pay by card.
- Take Cards Online
- Turn on card checkout through your organization's Stripe account. Connect Stripe on Billing first.
Who Can Register has three choices.
| Choice | Registration | The Page |
|---|---|---|
| Closed | Off | Stays as it is |
| Families in This Organization | On | Account, unless the page is Public |
| Anyone With the Link | On | Public |
A Private page takes no registrations. Setting the page to Private closes registration.
To change a program's signup settings for one session, use the event form.
Managing Registrations
Lists each registration with its price and payment status on the team's Registrations tab. A program with signups by session calls the tab Signups.
On a program with signups by session, each session heads its own signups. The heading shows the date and the spots taken, such as 6 of 8 spots.
Filter the list by player, by session and by paid or unpaid.
- Mark Paid
- Records a payment made outside card checkout.
- Mark Unpaid
- Undoes a payment you marked by hand.
- Refund
- Refunds a card payment through Stripe.
- Adjust Amount
- Changes the price while the registration is unpaid. Enter 0 for no charge, then click Set Amount.
- Give a Spot
- Moves a registration from the waitlist into a free spot.
- Remove Signup
- Cancels a registration and frees the spot after you confirm. The row stays.
- Settings
- Opens the registration settings.
- Export CSV
- Downloads the list as a CSV file.
On a per session program, the panel title is Signups, with a session filter. Each session lists its signups in the Players panel on its Roster tab, with a Paid column.
The Public Page
Every team and program has a page for families and the public. Set up the page in the Public Page panel of the settings.

- Sets who can open the page. See the table below.
