Where Notes Appear

A note is a written record about an event or a player.

Shows each place you write a note and where the note also appears.

Written On	About	Also Shows On
An event	The event, and any players mentioned with @.	Each mentioned player's page.
A roster row's + Note	One player at that event.	That player's page.
A player's page	The player, with no event.	Nowhere else.
A captured note, sent from a phone	The event or team the note is filed to, and any players the note names. Filed on arrival, or by you from the inbox.	Each named player's page.

Only you can read a new note until you share the note. Select who else reads the note from its Share menu.

Share	Who Can Read the Note
Only Me	Only you. No other member reads the note.
Staff	Staff in the workspace who can see the team.
Staff and Family	Staff, plus families on their family home. A note about players reaches only those players' families. An event note that names no player reaches every family at that event.

You share with family one note at a time. Nothing reaches a family by default. The inbox offers only Private and Staff.

Who can change a note: You can edit or delete your note. So can a role with Notes at Write for the whole organization.
Delete: Removes the note from every page it appears on.
Captured notes: Editing or deleting a note that came from a phone leaves the original text in its capture.
