An ended event that still owes a step. See Review.

Changing Status

A role with Schedule at Edit changes an event's status in its row. The change saves immediately.

EventStatuses Offered
Upcoming Planned, Confirmed and Canceled.
Past Review when shown, Completed and Canceled.

Marking a past event as Completed or Canceled ends its Review.

Editing Several Events

Changes the date, times, time zone, location, status or public page of up to 50 events together.

  1. Filter the list to the events you want, such as one team's practices in November.
  2. Check each event, or check the box in the heading row to check every event listed.
  3. Click Edit Events below the list.
  4. Change the cells. Each row is one event.
  5. Click Save at the top of the page, or press Enter in any cell.
Set All
The first row fills a column in every row. Change one row's cell afterward to make an exception.
Tinted Cells
Mark the cells you changed. Click Cancel to put every cell back.
Date, Starts and Ends
Times in the time zone the row shows. An event that ends after midnight still ends the next day.
Time Zone
The zone the row's times are in. A new zone keeps the times you typed. An imported event keeps its calendar's moment. Its times change to match.
Help column
Starts folded to its strip on this page. The folded column leaves room for the grid. Click the Help strip at the right to open the column.
All Day
An all day event has no times. Change its date to move it.
Title
Leave blank to name the event from its details, as the gray text shows.
No checkbox
Marks an event you cannot change here. Your role needs Schedule at Edit on the event's team. An archived season also locks its events.

Save keeps every event or none. A row that cannot save shows the reason under it. The other rows do not save until you fix that row.

Team's Schedule Changes SettingWhat Save Does
Send Automatically Shows a band naming the notices. Click Save and Send to save.
Ask Me or Off Saves at once. Send any notice from each event's page.
The type, rink, opponent and other details stay on each event's own Settings tab. Each saved event lists the change in its Activity.
