An event's plan has three kinds of lock. Each has a different effect.
| Lock | How It Starts | What the Lock Does |
|---|---|---|
| Completed | Marking the event as Completed. | Locks the plan. To edit the plan again, mark the event as Planned or Confirmed. A session that is over stays Completed. |
| Reviewed | Complete Event on the Review tab. | Closes the plan. It does not open again. The Plan tab opens in View only. Change what ran on the Review tab. |
| Library Updates Locked | Lock Library Updates in the Plan menu. | The plan stays editable. The event no longer takes new versions or saves versions to the library. |
A reviewed session's View marks each drill with what the review recorded.
- Ran
- The review marked the drill as run, or rated or timed it.
- Not Run
- The drill did not run. The reason follows, such as Out of Time.
- Minutes
- The planned minutes are struck through beside the minutes that ran.
- Start times
- Each start time follows the minutes that ran. A drill that did not run takes no time.
- Rating and note
- The rating and the note the review gave the drill.
- Added in the Review
- A drill that ran but was not on the plan. These follow the last block.
